Because all items are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

Misprinted

Incorrect
-
Faulty in any way
We will replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:

We may deny a claim if insufficient evidence is provided.
2. Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

We will issue a replacement at no charge.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors

Verifying the address

Waiting 48 hours for potential late delivery
We may replace such orders at our discretion.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued when:

A replacement cannot be produced

An item is discontinued

A fulfillment partner error prevents shipment
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
