Refund Policy

Refunds

Because all items are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preference issues (color, feel, style)

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

  • Faulty in any way

We will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement:

Please contact us through the Contact Form with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item

We may deny a claim if insufficient evidence is provided.

2. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • We will issue a replacement at no charge.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors

  • Verifying the address

  • Waiting 48 hours for potential late delivery

We may replace such orders at our discretion.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

  • A replacement cannot be produced

  • An item is discontinued

  • A fulfillment partner error prevents shipment

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
